II Level Academic Diploma in Music Disciplines - Singing

Admission requirements

  • The 1st Level Academic Diploma or Conservatory Diploma or Bachelor
  • Admission test with a performance of two pieces chosen by the candidate and a general conversation
  • A good knowledge of the italian language for the foreign students

Educational and professional goals
To consolidate the knowledge of the vocal soloist repertoire from the 17th Century until today.
The course is aimed at a solid preparation concerning the singing practice for the singer profession.

The possibility of advancing to the Doctor's degree

Performance of about 50 minutes
Discussion about a written elaborate
Performance of about 30 minutes and a written elaborate

2nd Level Courses - Harpsichord

General description
Department 4 “Keyboard and percussion instruments”
Instrument: Harpsichord (II Level)

Qualification awarded
II Level Academic Diploma in Music Disciplines – Performing and composing course – Harpsichord

Admussion requirements
● High school Diploma
● The I level Academic Diploma or Conservatory Diploma or Bachelor
● Admission test with a performance of about 20 minutes (maximum) and a general conversation

Educational and professional goals
● To consolidate the interpretation of the 17th and 18th centuries soloist repertoire.
● To consolidate the study of the Essays.
● The Harpsichord course wants is aimed at a solid preparation concerning the theory and the instrumental practice for the concertist profession.

Instrument: Organ (II Level)

Qualification awarded
II Level Academic Diploma in Music Disciplines – Performing and composing course – Organ

Admission requirements

  • High school Diploma
  • The I Level Academic Diploma or Conservatory Diploma
  • Admission test with a performance of a piece preceding
  • Bach, a piece of Bac and a piece of a romantic composer.

A board of examiners of the Concil of Course will exam the student's credits (CFA).

Percussions

Qualification awarded
Academic diploma in Musical Disciplines, course interpretative/compositive, in Percussion Instrument

Admission requirements

  • Conservatory Diploma and High School Diploma 
    Or
  • 1st level Academy Diploma obtained at music Conservatories and recognized music Institutes 
    Or
  • Degree or equivalent title

Entry test: minimum 30 minutes performance

  • acquisition of a full technical command of one’s own instrument;
  • knowledge through the practise of the solo repertoire related to one’s own instrument;
  • knowledge through the practise of the orchestra repertoire;
  • knowledge through the practise of the chamber and ensemble music repertoire;
  • knowledge through the practise of the new performance techniques of the contemporary music;
  • acquisition of the autonomous ability to make up interpretative choices, based on the historic and
  • stylistic knowledge and on the analysis.
